This is where our winemaking team's boldest ideas are born: wines with character, origin, and rebelliousness.
Morandé Adventure is our creative laboratory.

Where imagination ferments, and the terroir expresses itself with its own voice.

El Gran Petit

Despechado

Colinas de Ránquil

Mediterranean co-fermentation from Maule

Maule Valley · Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Marsanne, Roussanne

This wine with a Mediterranean spirit is born in the heart of the Maule drylands, on hills with granite soils and red clay.

Antiguas Raíces is an unusual blend: red and white grape varieties co-fermented—a rare technique in Chile—that delivers a juicy, fresh profile with vibrant acidity.

The vines—planted in the 1950s—are trained using the head and trellis methods, depending on the variety. Grenache contributes red fruit, Syrah adds tension, Carignan provides structure, while Marsanne and Roussanne add volume, fragrance, and character.

The result is a wine that bridges the gap between tradition and innovation, with notes of cherries, raspberries, spices, and a long, bright, lively finish.

Cabernet Franc from Maipo

Maipo Valley · Cabernet Franc with Carignan

In the Maipo Valley, where Cabernet Sauvignon reigns supreme, Morandé decided to pay tribute to its progenitor: Cabernet Franc.

El Padre seeks to rescue the natural elegance of this grape variety, giving it a central place in Chilean viticulture.

Fermented half in concrete eggs and half in open wooden vats, this wine offers a fresh and complex expression: black fruits, notes of coffee and chocolate, spices such as cloves, and a precise but gentle structure.

Its 18 months of aging in French oak allows it to develop enveloping tannins and a flavorful palate, with layers of fruit and herbs. A sober, elegant wine with a clear message: origin also deserves prominence.

Syrah from the slopes of Casablanca

Casablanca Valley · 100% Syrah

Planted on granite slopes on Algarrobo Hill, this Syrah from Casablanca was inspired by the great wines of the northern Rhône.

Tirazis seeks to demonstrate that cold-climate Syrah can be mineral, precise, elegant... and absolutely Chilean.

Its prolonged maceration—pre- and post-fermentation—is carried out in cement eggs, with gentle extractions that respect the subtlety of the coastal terroir. The nose is dominated by white pepper, black fruit, cinnamon, and soft herbal notes. On the palate, it is vertical, with firm acidity and elegant tannins.

A Syrah that reveals another side of the valley. More austere. More refined. More profound.

A groundbreaking white

Maule and Casablanca Valleys · Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier

A white wine vinified as if it were a red. This is how Bestiario was born, a unique creature within the Chilean landscape: uncommon varieties macerated with their skins, fermented in cement eggs, and aged on lees.

The inspiration comes from the “orange wine” style, but with its own identity: structure, texture, and freshness in a bright golden wine, with aromas of white flowers, apple, lime, and an enveloping, long, almost tactile palate.

Vibrant and thought-provoking, Bestiario is a white wine for those who love complexity and dare to try something different.

Petit Verdot + Petite Sirah from Cachapoal

Cachapoal Valley · Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot

This bold and muscular blend comes from the slopes of the La Moralina vineyard. Gran Petit is a celebration of two usually secondary grape varieties, which take center stage here with power and elegance.

Co-fermented in cement eggs and aged in barrels, these small berries achieve great expression: blue fruits, polished tannins, intensity without losing balance. The cool climate of the mountain foothills gives them tension, while aging softens their naturally robust character.

An exuberant but restrained wine. Powerful but fluid. A “great wine” in every sense of the name.

Rustic and honest Pinot Noir

Casablanca Valley · 100% Pinot Noir

Despechado is a statement of principles: Pinot Noir without makeup. Pure fruit, minimal vinification, no filtering, no artifice. Just grapes, terroir, and sensitivity.

Made with native yeasts, 50% whole clusters and 50% destemmed, fermented in concrete eggs. This wine seeks to express the essential: tart cherry, fresh strawberry, a mineral vein, and a light but juicy body.

It is rustic, honest, flavorful. A Pinot with a rebellious soul, which feels closer to the earth than to protocol.

Land of century-old vines

Itata Valley · 100% País

At the bottom of the Itata Valley, where the vines are over 120 years old and pruned at the top, this wine of rescue and precision is born.

Colinas de Ránquil elevates the País grape to a new category: aged in Chilean lenga wood barrels, manually trodden, and fermented in open tanks.

It is a vibrant wine, with juicy red fruit, fine tannins, and refreshing acidity that balances its depth. It offers a contemporary take on a traditional variety, focusing on its origin, history, and potential.

A wine that connects the past and the future with every sip.
