Since our beginnings, we have always been guided by a pioneering spirit whose origin dates back to the times when the founder of the winery planted the first vines in the then still unexplored Casablanca Valley. It is the same spirit that has driven us to develop projects such as Aventuras (Adventures) which aims to highlight the unknown diversity of Chile’s terroirs, to explore the potential of the ancient vines of the Maule and Itata regions, and also to innovate with different viticultural techniques, such as high-density planted vineyards.
This is a differentiating element that comes from our vineyards planted in very high densities in distinctive Chilean wine valleys. This viticultural technique, innovatively developed by Morandé in our country, aims to create a virtuous interaction between soil, climate and variety.
ONE TO ONE
The densely planted vineyards enable us to obtain one bottle of wine per each vine. They deliver bunches of higher quality and concentration but with a reduced production in order to achieve distinctive wines that express, with good concentrations, their respective varieties.
